Practical guides for your WooCommerce and Allegro store.

OrderFlow — installation and first import

Start with one Allegro offer, inspect the result in WooCommerce, then expand to catalog and order automation. Menu labels below follow the English plugin interface.

1. Prepare the store and package

You need WordPress 6.0+, active WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+, an Allegro seller account and administrator access. Back up the database and files before installing on an existing store. Use a test store and Allegro Sandbox when evaluating changes that should not affect live sales.

Download the installable plugin ZIP from your purchase confirmation or customer account. For account downloads, use the checkout email address and complete email verification. See support and updates if a purchase or download is missing.

  1. Open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in WordPress.
  2. Upload the plugin ZIP, choose Install Now, then Activate.
  3. If you have an OrderFlow license key, open Allegro Sync → License, enter it and select Save and activate this site. This manages update access; the installed plugin's import and sync features are not disabled by license status.

2. Connect the correct Allegro profile

  1. Open Allegro Sync → Setup Wizard, or use Accounts to manage profiles directly.
  2. Name the profile and select its environment and marketplace. Production affects live Allegro data; Sandbox uses a separate testing environment.
  3. If Recommended quick setup is available, use the one-time code generator linked by the wizard, paste a fresh code and continue with Browser sign-in.
  4. If quick setup is unavailable or you use your own application, select the manual own-app path. Enter its Client ID and Client Secret. For browser sign-in, register the exact return URL displayed by the plugin. Code on another device is available on this manual path.
  5. Save and complete the approval on Allegro. Back in WordPress, confirm the profile is connected and active in Accounts. Use Verify Connection or Health if needed.

Enter your Allegro password only on Allegro's sign-in page. Keep one-time codes, app credentials, tokens and license keys private.

3. Set boundaries before importing

Open Allegro Sync → Settings and save deliberate choices. Do not assume the defaults are a test configuration: newly imported products can be published, and order import can include all available history.

  • Filters: select the offer status and imported fields. Set WooCommerce Product Status to Draft while reviewing your first import.
  • Stock Sync Direction, Price Sync Direction, Product Content Sync Direction: select who owns each field. Use Allegro → WooCommerce where Allegro should supply the data; enable WooCommerce → Allegro only for changes you intend to send back. Disabled and Both directions are separate choices.
  • Overwrite Existing Products: leave off while protecting manual WooCommerce content; review it together with the content direction before refreshing linked products.
  • Markup: choose none, a fixed amount or a percentage. This changes one-way Allegro → WooCommerce prices, including subsequent price refreshes. Bidirectional linked-product updates skip markup. It is not a separate Allegro selling-price markup rule.
  • Orders: leave Enable Orders Sync off until you have chosen the history window and reviewed how imported orders affect your fulfillment workflow.

First-time imports can create product content even if ongoing content synchronization is disabled. Existing linked products can also have stock or price direction overrides; check those if a global setting seems to have no effect.

4. Import one offer

  1. Open Allegro Sync → Dashboard and find Re-sync Single Offer.
  2. Enter the numeric Allegro Offer ID only, then select Sync Offer. This action can import a new offer or refresh its existing linked product.
  3. Open the resulting product in WooCommerce. Check its draft/publication status, title, description, images, attributes, category, regular price and stock.
  4. Review the offer link/mapping, especially when the store already contains a matching product. Avoid importing the same catalog through two separate integrations without first checking how products are linked.
  5. Review History and Logs. A skipped result can reflect existing-product, exclusion or import rules; investigate it before retrying.

Once this example is correct, use the Dashboard catalog actions for a broader import. Recheck a representative sample, including any variations, before publishing products or enabling reverse updates.

5. Choose the order history window

In Settings → Orders, choose Order Import Window:

  • Import all available orders imports the history available from Allegro.
  • Import orders from a specific date uses the chosen purchase date as the lower bound.
  • Start from today and skip older orders saves a start point shown in the settings; inspect that date when revisiting the configuration.

Set Orders Sync Interval, then enable order sync when ready. The Dashboard Order Import action uses these settings; enabled order import also runs at the end of a full sync.

There is no paid-only import switch. Inspect payment details, cash-on-delivery information, cancellation and fulfillment status before treating an imported order as ready to ship. Review the first order's addresses, items, currency and totals in WooCommerce.

6. Enable and verify automation

Use Hosting benchmark in Sync settings when no sync is running. Wait for the scheduled test task and review the result before selecting Apply recommendation. It changes only the execution method and product/stock batch sizes; save or discard pending edits to those fields first.

Keep the browser open for Foreground sync and Optimized for Slow Hosting. Use background operation only after verifying scheduler execution on this host. The benchmark is a short hosting sample; it does not predict complete import duration or test Allegro response times and image downloads.

Check the desired interval, the next scheduled run and a completed run in Dashboard, Health and History. If recurring tasks are missing, use Restore recurring schedule in Health, then confirm they actually execute. A scheduled time by itself is not proof that an import ran.
