What the website provides

The website presents information about the OrderFlow plugin for WooCommerce and Allegro, public documentation, pricing by billing region, trial request options, and a secure Stripe-based purchase flow for the downloadable package.

Product information and compatibility

Public pages describe the main feature set, supported marketplaces, and baseline compatibility known at the time of publication.
Screenshots, descriptions, and documentation can be updated as the plugin evolves.
The merchant remains responsible for running WordPress and WooCommerce in a supported environment, keeping backups, testing changes, and maintaining third-party credentials or integrations used in the store.

Open-source license and commercial package

The plugin code distributed through the package is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later, a GPL-compatible license for WordPress plugins.

These website terms do not revoke or narrow the GPL rights that apply to GPL-covered code, including the rights to run, study, modify, and redistribute that code.
Paid access, update delivery, support, hosted checkout, secure download, and account-related services are commercial services around the GPL software package; they are not additional restrictions on the GPL-covered code itself.
A detailed third-party notice for bundled or referenced packages, SDKs, platform assets, and service integrations is maintained in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md in the project repository. It identifies contributions such as WordPress/WooCommerce host APIs, Allegro and OpenAI API integrations, Google Material Symbols, Stripe Checkout, stripe/stripe-php, Google tags, and landing-page technology logo assets, together with the known license or service-term context.

Orders, payment, invoicing, and download delivery

Payments are processed through Stripe.
Checkout may collect billing details needed for receipts, invoices, business purchases, and fraud prevention.
After verified payment, the buyer may be redirected to a secure return page and receive a short-lived download link for the current OrderFlow package.
Download access may be blocked, reissued, or suspended where payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or technically invalid.

The website and public documentation are provided on an as available basis. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep information current, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed.

These terms may be updated when the website, legal requirements, or commercial flow changes. The latest version published here applies from its stated date.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising only from use of the public website or documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Consumer protection

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected, including any applicable rights concerning pre-contract information, withdrawal, conformity of digital content, refunds, or statutory remedies under the law of the buyer's country.

For eligible EU/EEA consumer distance contracts, the website provides an electronic withdrawal route through the contact email and any dedicated withdrawal link, button, account, order-status, or return-page function made available in the purchase flow. Where a statutory withdrawal right exists and has not been validly lost for immediate digital delivery, the buyer can submit a withdrawal request without giving a reason. The request should identify the buyer and order so it can be acknowledged on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

Unless stated otherwise, the website layout, copy, branding elements, and documentation presentation are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, and Allegro remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or integrations. The website and plugin are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with WordPress.org, the WordPress Foundation, WooCommerce, Stripe, or Allegro unless expressly stated.

Complaints

Complaints about the plugin, a purchase, download delivery, or these terms can be submitted to info@lolisoft.eu. Complaints are reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

EU consumers also have access to out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR). National consumer authorities in each Member State maintain lists of accredited ADR entities, and for cross-border purchases the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can assist. The website operator is willing to seek resolution through mediation where applicable. (The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms will be announced by publishing the updated version on this website at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Placing an order or continuing to use the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Orders placed before a change takes effect remain subject to the version in force at the time of the order.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be treated as severed to the minimum necessary extent, and the remaining terms will continue in full force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the registered business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the law of the buyer's country of habitual residence.
